Our body sculpting is performed safely and comfortably, while awake, and under locally infused anesthesia. Our body contouring is so gentle that it does not require general anesthesia, enables you to drive or travel immediately afterwards, and allows you the flexibility to take minimal to no time off of work.
Our anesthesia is infused directly into the area(s) treated. Because of this, you are able to drive or fly to and from your procedure without extensive recovery, drains, or complex restrictions.
All of our body contouring is done with VASER liposuction (ultrasonic fat melting) in combination with Renuvion internal tissue contraction. If desired, you can then use your harvested fat to either further define your new curves, replace volume loss, or rejuvenate tissue.
VASER Liposuction - During a VASER® procedure, the area being treated is filled with a medicated numbing solution that locally anesthetizes that part of your body. This happens while you are awake and comfortable. The fat cells are then treated with ultrasound energy and are removed from the body through a gentle suction process (as opposed to the harsh scrapping that would occur with traditional liposuction). Because the frequency of the ultrasound energy targets the fat cells, the surrounding tissues are left otherwise intact, giving you the smoother contours you want with less pain and recovery time than traditional liposuction.

D!ck Daddy’s FULL PACKAGE AND FULLER PACKAGE PENIS ENHANCEMENT AND P-SHOT®
Full Package - Dr Rupeka’s (D!ck Daddy) proprietary minimally invasive, non-surgical phalloplasty designed to increase the size and substance of the male penis. Patients with a normal-sized penis, along with those suffering from a small penis (2.75-5.25 inches erect), a micro-penis (less thank 2.75 inches erect), or a buried penis, can benefit from a phalloplasty. Dr Rupeka uses polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA or Bellafill) to perform penile girth enhancements. The biostimulatory filler is delicately placed along the entire shaft of the flaccid penis painlessly with a microcannula technique. These products then, over several weeks, will integrate with your body and stimulate the body's collagen production.
The Full Package is offered with:
a) Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA or Bellafill) to immediately improve the girth of the penis, but, also to further stimulate collagen production. Bellafill is FDA approved for 5 years and will give you more of a permanent result. Bellafill is composed of charged microscopic spheres that are converted to type III and type I collagen in the body. These spheres are delivered in a bovine collagen matrix (gel). This gel will give you an immediate result, but, your body will metabolize it over the following couple months. At the same time, the PMMA spheres will be building your own collagen that will stay for up to 5 years. This type of enhancement is more permanent and is not able to be reversed. Dr Rupeka is currently the top Bellafill injector by volume in North America and uses a micro-droplet technique with a microcannula to ensure that this product is placed evenly and uniformly. This enhancement is also able to be built upon and additional treatments are able to be performed to make further increases in size. We recommend an initial treatment of at least 10 syringes.
Fuller Package - Dr Rupeka’s proprietary penile enhancement can be performed in conjunction with PRP to further boost collage stimulation, improve circulation, improve sensitivity, and improve erectile strength.
The Full Package and the Fuller Package can be combined with liposuction of the pubic fat pad and internal tissue contraction with Renuvion. This decrease in tissue at the base of the penis can further enhance the overall penile length.
P-Shot (Priapism Shot)® - The P-shot is a relatively painless way of using your body’s own regenerative products to improve the health of your penis. Non-Surgical Labiaplasty - At youthology, we offer non-surgical labiaplasty with Renuvion, a technology that combines helium plasma with radiofrequency to internally coagulate and constrict tissue without surgical excision of the tissue and with less downtime. The internal contraction of the skin’s fibroseptal network will, in turn, constrict the skin. For the correct patient, the Renuvion is used to constrict the tissue of the labia majora, labia minora, and the clitoral hood. Excess tissue in the labia minora can cause increased discomfort with intercourse or exercise and can increase the possibility of vaginal infections. Increased skin in the clitoral hood can decrease the ability to achieve adequate stimulation during sexual activity. Plasma IQ - Plasma IQ delivers focused, controlled plasma energy to safely and effectively create microinjuries on the skin, renewing and restoring it. As the device is brought close to the skin, it ionizes nitrogen gas particles in the air to create a plasma arc that looks like a spark. The plasma arc causes sublimation of the epidermis of the skin; turning a solid into gas, resulting in immediate skin tightening and retraction in the target area. The procedure creates tiny brown carbon crusts or scabs in the treated area that persist for approximately one week before dropping off. MICRONEEDLING FOR SKIN TIGHTENING, STRETCH MARKS, SCARS
Microneedling uses micro-needles to puncture the skin and cause physical trauma. Our body corrects this trauma by forming new collagen. Microneedling is used to improving scars, improve stretch marks, and improve overall skin texture.
From microneedling alone, your skin will look plump, pink and luminous for a couple of weeks. In recent studies, skin treated with four microneedling sessions spaced one month apart produced up to a 400% increase in collagen and elastin six months after completing the treatment.
Most stretch marks, post-surgical scars, post-traumatic scars, and acne scars have been present for extended periods of time. Due to this, scar treatment does involve multiple sessions at least 4-6 weeks apart.
